Resep Otak-otak

Ukuran porsi: 20 potong

Bahan-bahan Otak-otak:
250 gram daging ikan tengiri, haluskan
100 gram tepung sagu
100 cc santan
1 butir putih telur
10 lembar daun kucai, iris halus
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh bumbu penyedap

Cara membuat Otak-otak: campur daging ikan tengiri, tepung sagu, santan, putih telur, daun kucai, garam, merica bubuk, gula, dan bumbu penyedap, aduk rata.

Letakkan 1 sendok makan adonan di atas selembar daun pisang, gulung, semat kedua ujungnya, lalu panggang di atas bara api sampai matang.
